During a site visit for another customer Dennison Projects were approached by Northern Health and Social Care Trust (NHSCT) to transfer a Toshiba Aquilion CT scanner from its existing location to an X-Ray room for temporary storage until it would be transferred into a trailer. With four working days’ notice, there was no margin for error.
In order to avoid the temporary closure of a functioning X-Ray room, Dennison Projects were able to offer a secure convenient location for off site storage. Once the CT scanner had been successfully removed and taken to storage the NHSCT sent a mobile CT trailer to the warehouse for the Toshiba Aquilion CT scanner to be installed into. We safely transferred the Toshiba Aquilion CT scanner into the trailer and delivered it back to Antrim Area Hospital for clinical use.
