Working within a live department the team had to carefully manage the deinstall of a Varian Linear Accelerator.
Movement of tools and equipment needed careful planning to avoid any disruption to patients and staff. Working during quiet periods and out of hours for moving of any large items the team safely deinstalled the Linear Accelerator with no disruption to the department.
